- Tian of Crab Salad
- Thyme Seared fillet of beef (served medium or well done) served with stillton grilled potatoes pork belly and leek confit
- Lemon tart, clotted cream & berry coulis

- Sweet pear, watercress, walnut & Stilton salad
- Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast, roasted garlic new potatoes and baby carrots
